Our full day preschool program offers potty-trained children ages 3-5 an exciting introduction to school. We use the STREAMin3 Curriculum which provides developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.

We participate in the Mixed Delivery Grant which provides reduced price preschool to qualifying families.

Registration for Summer 2026 coming in March:

Children currently enrolled in childcare: March 2-6, 2026 9AM-12 PM & 5-6PM

Waynesboro Family YMCA Members (not currently enrolled in childcare): March 9-13, 2026, 9AM-12PM & 5-6PM.

Non-Members (not currently enrolled in childcare): March 16-20, 2026, 9AM-12PM & 5-6PM.

For all new enrollees and/or returning campers:

All registrations will take place in person.

When registering please bring:

1. your registration fee
2. proof of birth
3. most recent physical exam (must be within last year)
4. immunization record that is signed by the physician and states that the child is adequately immunized
5. any custody papers/court orders.

No registration will take place without the above required documentation.

Registration forms will be filled out on site.

If a parent is listed on the birth certificate, we must have their contact information unless a court order or custody agreement is presented.

Please be sure to have two emergency contacts with complete address and phone number other than custodial guardian and all medical information (Dr. Name, phone number and insurance info).

Registration will take approximately 10-20 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

Rates:

• YMCA Members: $165 per week
• Non-Members: $193 per week

Afterschool for Wayne Hills Preschool

We offer an afterschool program for Wayne Hills Preschool students.

This program will meet Monday-Friday, from dismissal until 6pm.

Full day care will be offered on days schools are closed due to teacher workdays, holidays and inclement weather for an additional fee.

Students will have the opportunity for outdoor/gym time, arts and crafts, STEM, center play, and more.

Rates:

• YMCA Members: $165 per week
• Non-Members: $193 per week

Registration Fee:

• YMCA Members: $50
• Non-Members: $80

Registration fee is due at the time of registration.

Waynesboro YMCA Members: $18 per day

Program Members: $22 per day
