Childcare Registration

There is a one-time registration fee for new enrollees. All registrations will take place in person.

When registering, please bring:

  • your registration fee
  • proof of birth
  • most recent physical exam (must be within the last year)
  • immunization record that is signed by the physician and states that the child is adequately immunized
  • any custody papers/court orders.

No registration will take place without the above required documentation.

Registration forms will be filled out on site.

If a parent is listed on the birth certificate, we must have their contact information unless a court order or custody agreement is presented.

Please be sure to have two emergency contacts with complete address and phone number other than custodial guardian and all medical information (Dr. Name, phone number, and insurance info).

Registration will take approximately 10-20 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

⭐ Full‑Day Preschool Program (Ages 3–5)

Our full‑day preschool program offers potty‑trained children ages 3–5 an exciting introduction to school. Using the STREAMin3 Curriculum, children engage in developmentally appropriate, hands‑on learning experiences that support growth in early literacy, math, social skills, and creativity.

Students enjoy a balanced daily schedule that includes outdoor/gym time, arts and crafts, STEM activities, center play, and more — all in a safe, supportive environment designed to help them thrive.

We participate in the Mixed Delivery Grant, which provides reduced-price preschool to qualifying families.

⭐ Wayne Hills Preschool After‑School Program

We offer an after‑school program exclusively for Wayne Hills Preschool students, providing a seamless transition from the classroom to a structured, engaging afternoon.

  • Monday–Friday
  • From dismissal until 6:00 PM

Full‑day care is available on teacher workdays, holidays, and inclement‑weather days for an additional fee, giving families flexible options throughout the year.

Mixed Delivery Program

💛 Big news for local families! 💛

The Mixed Delivery Preschool & Child Care Grant is now available in the Blue Ridge region — offering full‑day, year‑round care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at low or reduced cost for qualifying families.

If your family meets income guidelines, is experiencing homelessness, has a child with a disability, or if a parent didn’t complete high school, you may qualify.
This program helps our littlest learners build early math, literacy, independence, and social‑emotional skills — all while giving parents the support they need.
