ADULT SPORTS AT THE Y

Waynesboro Family YMCA Adult Sports programs provide a safe and dedicated space for adults of all ages and physical fitness to exercise, have fun, make friends, and participate in physical activity at both recreational and competitive levels.

Gym Schedules

NOON BALL

Has been a part of the Waynesboro Family YMCA for over six decades, encouraging active, adults to stay healthy in a fun environment.

  • Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Weekly/Ages 25+)
  • Y Members: FREE
  • Program Members: $10 drop-in per day.
  • Max of 16 players per session.

ADULT BASKETBALL LEAGUES

The Waynesboro Family YMCA offers both recreational and competitive leagues to accommodate different levels of skill and interest. Recreational leagues focus on fun, exercise, and social interaction, while competitive leagues offer a more structured and competitive environment.

THURSDAY NIGHT VOLLEYBALL

The Waynesboro Family YMCA offers drop-in open gym volleyball on Thursday nights beginning April 3rd from 6PM to close in the Upper Gym. All skill levels welcome. 

PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY

The Waynesboro Family YMCA offers drop-in open play pickleball hours for all members and non-members.

Please review calendar below for most up to date pickleball times –

**Pickleball hours fluid and are based on gym availability at the Y**:

Pickleball Hours:

Upper Gym

  • Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Lower Gym

  • Mondays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

COSTS:

  • Y Members: FREE
  • Program Members: $10 drop-in per day

Registration Now Open for the WFYMCA Member’s Only Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, April 13, 1-4PM!

We will be hosting a Member’s Only Pickleball tournament on Sunday, April 13th, from 1-4PM.

This event is open to members of all skill level. Partner pairings will be done by random drawing at the start of each match, winners will be determined by overall points accumulation. Each game will be played to 11 points.

Childcare will be providing concessions and all proceeds will go towards supporting the Y.

If interested, members can register online, by scanning the QR code, or by stopping by the front desk.

Registration fee of $10/participant is due at the time of registration.
